This policy explains what personal data we collect through dijital-fabrika.net, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Only data you enter yourself is collected:
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), service area, budget range (optional), your message
- Review form: name, company (optional), rating, review text
- Digital health check: the site address to be analysed and your email address
- Chat assistant: the messages you write (processed to generate a reply, not stored permanently)
- Technical: your IP address, held temporarily in memory to prevent abuse and spam
Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver the analysis you requested. You are not added to any marketing list, and nothing is sold to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and analysis records are kept for at most 24 months after the conversation closes. Published reviews remain until you ask for their removal.
Who we share it with
Your data is not shared with anyone except the infrastructure providers required to run the service:
- Database hosting (Supabase) — form records are stored here
- Email delivery (our SMTP provider)
- Chat assistant (Anthropic) — only the text of your message is processed
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your data at any time. Requests are handled within 30 days at the latest.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms are protected by rate limiting and bot protection. The admin panel is password protected.
